A collection of nine new homes, incorporating cutting-edge green technology, are heading to the beautiful setting of Kinnesswood.
The stylish four and five bedroom detached family properties are being built by Perth-based house builders Stephen within the picturesque village overlooking Loch Leven. The Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system is incorporated into the tiles, instead of into panels which sit on rails above existing tiles. With Solar PV, the Government’s Feed-in Tariff (FIT) pays owners for the electricity they generate, even if they use it, and any surplus electricity produced can be sold back to the national grid.
