The 5 Star Builder Rating is a mark of excellence in the housebuilding industry, awarded to companies who consistently demonstrate the leading standard in quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
As a family firm dating back to 1935, we earned this rating following a rigorous, externally verified customer satisfaction survey, overseen by industry body Homes for Scotland.
The survey is designed to guide buyers in their homebuying journey and promote high standards across the industry. Customers were asked to rate every aspect of their experience - from initial sales consultations to after-sales care, as well as the design, layout, and kerb appeal of their new home.
