A & J Stephen (Builders) Ltd, A & J Stephen (Holdings) and A & J Stephen Ltd (our ‘group companies’) collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you. How we use your personal information

We use your personal information to:

  • to provide information on our new homes for sale
  • with your agreement to contact you electronically with our email newsletter and development updates which we think may interest you
  • for market research purposes

Who we share your personal information with

We may share personal information with solicitors, lenders, surveyors and other trusted partners acting on our behalf.  This data sharing enables us to process your interest in our new homes for sale.

We will share personal information with law enforcement or other authorities if required by applicable law.

We will not share your personal information with any other third party.

Whether information has to be provided by you, and if so why

The provision of personal information under this Privacy Notice is voluntary to enable us to providing marketing updates which you have consented to.  There is no requirement for you to provide this information but if you withdraw your consent at any time, we will no longer be able to send you relevant updated.

How long your personal information will be kept

  • Subject to the point below, we will hold personal information for 2 years.
  • Where you withdraw your consent, we will delete personal information from our marketing list within 5 working days although we may need to retain your personal information elsewhere for legal obligations or other lawful purposes.

Keeping your personal information secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
