A & J Stephen (Builders) Ltd are a well established family owned house builder based in Perth.
We are currently operating on sites within the Perth and Kinross area and have sites near Aberdeen and Inverness.
Due to retirement after 44 years a vacancy has become available within our Customer care team for an experienced customer care foreman.
The role is primarily hands on with a few administrative duties.
The role will suit an experienced joiner who has the ability and flair to undertake a mixed and varied scope of works in a customer focussed environment in the new house building field.
The successful candidate will have responsibilities to also communicate in written and verbal formats with our sub-contract workforce and clients to bring jobs to a satisfactory conclusion. Experience with E-Mail and Word is essential.
The ability to consume tea is also essential.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate great communication skills in a similar customer care role role and have an out going personality to work closely with our client base and site management staff.
A stocked van is provided and can be used for business purposes only.
The hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
29 days annual leave per annum.
Occasional overtime working may be required on an infrequent basis. Occasional overnight hotel stays may also be required.
Remuneration package will take into account the individuals qualifications and experience.
