The first 11 homes have been released for reservation at our brand new Copperfields development at Glenfarg, where we will be building two to five bedroom homes.
Construction is very much gathering speed on site, with the first houses – a combination of two, three and four bedroom bungalows and villas - due to be complete later in the Autumn.
With prices starting at around £195,000, some of these properties will also be eligible for the ‘Help to Buy’ initiative, where you could be putting down a deposit of as little as 5% of the selling price, combined with a mortgage of up to 80% of the value of the property. The remaining 15% is the Scottish Government’s equity contribution, subject to meeting certain criteria.
