A stunning new showhome has been unveiled at Stephen’s brand new development in Glenfarg, 11 miles south of Perth.
The beautifully styled four bedroom detached home, a ‘Glen Appin’, is a prime example of the 33 homes being created by the Perth builders at ‘Copperfields’.
Unveiled during a well-attended preview event earlier this month, the showhome is now welcoming views from Thursday to Monday, from 1pm – 5pm.
The development within this rural idyll will incorporate a selection of two to five bedroom homes. Construction is very much gathering speed on site, with the first houses – a combination of two, three and four bedroom bungalows and villas - due to be completed later this month. Once again, with prices starting at around £192,000, some of these properties will also be eligible for ‘Help to Buy’.
The showhome is the creation of Eileen Kesson of Stirling-based interior design company, Envision.
Eileen said, “With white windows and finishes, and a very ‘open’ feel, we were keen to create an interior which would complement these contemporary homes. Working in conjunction with Stephen’s sales team, we opted for a soft colour palette throughout, with a pale pebble grey accented with darker charcoal, very on-trend right now. Coupled with furniture which is slightly vintage in feel and clean, simple lighting, the interior suits these homes perfectly, resulting in a beautiful, modern country home which we thoroughly enjoyed furnishing in a complementary style which underlined the timeless, high quality build of these homes.”
